The practice in the management of the vineyards is constantly updated to achieve the best result in a logic of environmental, social, economic sustainability – non-use of herbicides. For several years, the winery has joined the Nature Vitis Integrated Defense Project established by the Consortium of Friuli Colli Orientali
DOC, following measures to reduce the environmental impact of pesticides and to increase the quality of grapes. In order to achieve this target, we use the following machines: recovery atomizers and mechanical blowers which allow a rational use of treatments.
We decided three years ago to start ORGANIC CONVERSION and increasing biodiversity in the vineyards.
